Must be cash or certified funds. A company check will be accepted ONLY with an IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT from your bank. If the helicopter is not paid for in full the day of the sale, purchaser must post a $100,000 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT made in the from of cash or certified funds on the day of sale. The balance MUST be paid in full no later than July 20, 2004 12:00 NOON (CST). Proof of insurance will be required to remove the helicopter from the toll ways pad. |
