This Sale Contains The Following Assets:

1. (7ea) Flyable P-3A Aircraft (Offers will be accepted on an individual aircraft basis or as an entire group).

2. P-3 Inventory, T-56 Inventory & T-56 Engines & APU’s (Offers will be accepted on each individual group of Inventory or as an entire group).

3. Tanker T-20, P-3 Inventory & GSE/Maintenance Equipment Located in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada (Offers will be accepted on the Aircraft that was undergoing overhaul, or the Inventory Package or the Equipment, or the Entire Package in Nova Scotia).

4. STC’s and/or Type Certificate held by Aero Union (Offers will be accepted on a one-by-one basis and/or for all STC’s.  These will include the Physical STC and/or any Engineering Drawings that are available).

5. MAFFS-I 2700 gallon Airborne Fire Fighting System designed for the C-130 aircraft consisting of 5 pressurized retardant tanks.  Systems Intellectual Properties to Include But Not Limited to include Engineering Drawings, Blue Prints, Etc.

6. MAFFS-II 3400 gallon Airborne Fire Fighting System designed for the C-130 consisting of one Pressurized retardant tank.  Systems Intellectual Properties to Include But Not Limited to Engineering Drawings, Blue Prints, Various Tooling Fixtures & Inventory.  NOTE:  Potential Buyers of the MAFFS-I & MAFFS-II Systems will need to physically inspect any and all intellectual properties being sold.
